Living Free Psychotherapy

My approach is warm, relational, and supportive, while also being grounded in honesty and accountability. I believe that meaningful growth happens when individuals feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences and are willing to challenge the patterns that may no longer be serving them. Together, we will celebrate strengths, navigate obstacles, and engage in the reflective work necessary to create lasting and meaningful change.

I currently work with adults and teens navigating interpersonal relationship concerns, people-pleasing patterns, boundary setting, high-functioning burnout, anxiety, depression, addiction, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Whether you are feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics, overwhelmed by competing demands, or struggling to prioritize your own needs, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Cultural humility and inclusivity are foundational to my approach to therapy. Drawing on training in cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for their unique lived experience.

I am currently licensed under CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) allowing me to see clients in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario!
